Our Lead BCBA
Our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) brings expertise, leadership, and compassion to every aspect of our behavioral services. With a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), they design and oversee individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress for each child. Whether working directly with families, mentoring our team, or collaborating with schools and service providers, our Lead BCBA is committed to using evidence-based strategies to foster growth, independence, and lasting positive change.
Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is at the heart of the hands-on support we provide to children and families. Under the guidance of our BCBA, our RBTs implement individualized behavior intervention plans with care, consistency, and creativity. They work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings, using evidence-based techniques to build skills, encourage independence, and promote positive behavior.
